Deliverables:

• Managed an internal agency team, client, and third-party event partners for three pop-up events across the United States, developing and executing production packages for each.

• Developed and executed a production package that included location requirements, event run of show, spatial design, influencer plan, signage, vehicle procurement, A/V, and F&B.

• Outlined a video shot list for the event recap, social media, and BTS footage.

• Established legal terms and strategy for the event giveaway, video licensing, and music licensing.
